What is your COVID-19 Cleaning Protocol?

Please visit our ALL Safe Page to find out more. Our top concern is the safety of our valued guests and employees. Every preventative measure is being taken.

Is FABRIC Restaurant and Bar Open?

Yes it is. For your convenience we have a limited Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu on offer for our valued in house guests. This can be in our Restaurant/ Bar area or delivered straight to your room (Please note No Room Service fees are charged at this time) PRE ORDER ONLY with reception.

When can we check-in?

2pm. If you are arriving earlier, please let our friendly team know and we can try to organise for you.

How long can we sleep in till?

10am Weekdays, 11am Weekends. Need more time to sleep? Ask our friendly team and we can try to organise for you. Please note any time after 12 incurs a fee of $20 per hour.

Do you accept cash payments?

We are not accepting cash at this moment. This is a COVID 19 precautionary measure.

What payment are you accepting right now?

DIRECT DEPOSIT, EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. Diners not available.

Is smoking allowed?

We are a strictly non-smoking Hotel. We have created a “smokers haven” out front of our carpark for your convenience. This includes seating, artificial grass and small roller gardens.

IS THERE FREE CAR PARKING?

YES – we have ample car parking just for you!

Can I check in later than 10:00pm?

Yes. We can offer 24-hour check-in with the use of our night safe. Please let us know of your late arrival and we will send the instructions via text, email or over the phone. Please let us know your preference and we can accommodate you. We will even turn on your heating in the room to ensure you enter into a warm room.

Do you have Baths?

Ohhhh yes. We have 4 Deluxe Spa Rooms offering large 2-person spas. Those are for your indulgent nights away. We also offer 1 Room in each of our room categories with 1 bath.

Do you have Elevators?

All our rooms are accessed via our lift. We ask you to follow COVID guidelines of 1-2 person max per lift ride.

Do we allow pets?

YES – We welcome your puppies and dogs travelling with you. We understand that your pets are a part of your family, so why leave them behind? Head to our page Pause with your Paws where you can find out more.
